Objective: Studying on genotypes of Sporothrix schenckii strains isolated from lymphagitic and fixed types of Sporotrichosis in Xin Jiang by polymorphic chain reaction random amplification of polymorphic DNA(PCR-RAPD) method. Comparing the genotypes of the strains from lymphagitic and fixed types of Sporotrichosis in Xinjiang, Beijing and Haerbin, to explore the correlation among the genotypes, strains source and clinical types. Methods:DNA polymorphism were performed by PCR-RAPD method with random single nucleotide primers OPB07,OPAA11, and OP-D18. Results: PCR-RAPD results with primers OPAA11, OP-D18 showed the strain from Xinjiang`s fix type of sporotrichosis has unique genotype, while the strain from lymphagitic showed identical genotype with the strains from Beijing and Herbin. Conclusions:â‘ Genotype of Sporothrix schenckii from fix type of sporotrichosis in Xinjiang showed areas differences.â‘¡No areas differences among the genotype of Sporothrix schenckii strains from lymphangitic clinical form.â‘¢There are correlation between the genotypes and clinical form of sporotrichosis in Xinjiang.â‘£:Primer OPB07 and OPAA11 combined with PCR-RAPD is reliable method for genotyping study of Sporothrix schenckii.
