Background and purpose:Carcinoma of gallbladder was the more common malignant tumor in the biliary system,Which was located in the six digestive trace cancer,in the first bile duct cancer by epidemiological survey in China.Carcinoma of gallbladderr was not diagnosised at first time, because of its highly malignant, invasive fast, easy to distant metastasis, the prognosis is poor.Surgery was still the main method of treatment of gallbladder carcinoma. The rapid development of molecular biology played a positive role in the the early diagnosis of gallbladder cancer, advanced treatment and clearde the cause.Tumor cells could evade immune attack was one of the most reasons in the development of tumor,LIGHT,FasL and TL1A played an important role in tumor immunity and Apoptosis.DcR3 was a newly identified tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, in a variety of tumors and high expression of autoimmune, which could combined LIGHT, FasL, and TL1A and other receptor and played an important role in the regulate cell proliferation and apoptosis.Through the study of this topic in DcR3 expression of gallbladder carcinoma,to detect such as DcR3 protein expression in carcinoma of gallbladder, the degree of histological, Nevin stages progress, the extent of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and invasion around the relationship between clinicopathological factors, which could analysis occurrence of carcinoma of gallbladder, the role of development, thus revealing its clinical applications in the future. Methods:The patient of Tianjin Nankai Hospital were treated in surgical and pathological data of the full sample of 38 cases of gallbladder carcinoma in 2006.1-2009.1 were collected.Collected 26 cases with chronic cholecystitis,20 cases with gallbladder tubular adenoma and 16 cases with adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder as a control group.Specimens were formalin fixed, paraffin-embedded biopsy samples were detected by immunohistochemistry the expression of DcR3, the results were statistically analyzed to reveal a variety of clinical and pathological features of their relationship. Results:In the 38 cases with gallbladder carcinoma of DcR3 expression was 68.4% (26/38), in the 20 cases with gallbladder tubular adenoma,16 cases with adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder and 26 cases with chronic cholecystitis 10%(2/ 20),18.6%(3/16),5.6%(2/26).Gallbladder volume and the expression of DcR3 protein expression was significantly higher than gallbladder tubular adenoma, denomyomatosis of the gallbladder and chronic cholecystitis (P<0.01), in gallbladder adenoma, denomyomatosis of the gallbladder and chronic cholecystitis of DcR3 expression was no significant difference (P>0.05).Primary gallbladder positive expression of DcR3 in the late stages Nevin (â…£-â…¤) was significantly higher than Nevin of the early stages of (â… -â…¡) period between the two was significant (P<0.01).According to TNM stage, primary gallbladder positive expression of DcR3 in the late TNM stage (â…¢-â…£) was significantly higher than TNM staging of early phase (â… -â…¡) period, there were significant between the two statisticsSignificance (P<0.01).According to T classification, DcR3 was statistical significance between T1-T4 in gallbladder cancer metastases(P<0.01).DcR3 in different gender, age, histological grade and tumor invasion metastasis classification of gallbladder carcinoma was no significant difference.Conclusion:DcR3 in gallbladder cancer has a high expression rate, especially in lymph node metastasis, clinical staging of cancer tissue. The abnormal expression of DcR3 may promote the development of gallbladder carcinoma, the protein could be used as metastasis of gallbladder, staging an important reference.
