To Investigate The Clinical Effectiveness Of Invigorating Kidney And Clearing Methods As Well As Detoxicating And Purging Turbid In Treating Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of the method of invigorating kidney and clearing methods as well as detoxicating and purging turbid treating the patient of chronic renal failure.Methods:To select 90 cases from chronic renal failure patients, therapy group(n=50) is administered by basic western medicine with method of invigorating kidney and clearing as well as detoxicating and purging turbid;control group(n=40) is administered with basic western medicine,30days is a therapeutic phase,giving 3 phase consecutively. Compare the differences of BUN,Scr,UA,RBC,Hb,U-TP,clinical symptoms between the two groups before and after experiment.Results:(1)The total effect:the observing group total effective rate was96%,the control group total effective was 85%.Comparison of the observing group was significantly better than the control group.P<0.01.(2)The impact of the total points of syndrome:the observing group effective rate was94%,the control group effective was 60%.the observing group on total score of Syndrome improvement is better than the control group, P<0.01.(3)The impact of clinical symptoms:the effect of clinical symptoms such as weak burnout,shortness of breath,dull complexion,softness and weakness of lumbar and knees,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,profuse and clear nocturnal urine,edema were better than control group,P<0.05.(4)The impact of physical and chemical indicators:both two groups can reduce BUN,Scr,after therapy, with a significant statistical difference (p<0.05).and BUN,Scr were more effective than the control group,P<0.05,but there was no difference between the effects of UA between the two groups,P>0.05;The observing group can increase RBC,Hb, and more effective than the control group,P<0.05;The observing group can reduceU-TP and more effective than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Method of invigorating kidney and clearing method as well as detoxicating and purging turbid can improve the clinical symptoms such as weak burnout,shortness of breath,dull complexion,softness and weakness of lumbar and knees,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite,profuse and clear nocturnal urine,edema; reduce U-TP and increase RBC,Hb to improve nutritional status; effectively stabilize and improve the patient's renal function, thereby slow down the progress of the course and prevent their development to end-stage renal failure and improve the quality of life of CRF patients.
