bjective:Before and after Cauterization Therapeutic Technique (CTT) in patients with chronic tonsillitis, By Observation of the structure of tonsil crypt epithelial M cells and CK4,CK13 change in quantity,We analyze the relevance of CTT and crypt epithelial barrier function. Methods:We collect 30 tonsil tissue of patients with chronic tonsillitis before treatment, after treatment by CTT as the experient group, and check another 10 cases of normal tonsil tissue samples as a control group in the same period. Experimental group: After clamping chronic tonsillitis organizations,we carry on Paraffin-embedded pathological specimens and Electron microscope specimens seperately and identify specimens containing tonsil crypt epithelium at the same time. They are used to observe the M cells and CK4,CK13 through the immunohistochemical staining method, and then carry on CTT and deal with tonsil organization clamped from the same patients throngh the methods mentioned above six months later and finally observe the number of M cells and CK4,CK13 through before and after contrast to analyze the possible therapeutic mechanism.Control group:we deal with normal tonsil organization throngh the methods mentioned above we carried on and then observed the number of CK4,CK13 and M cells. Results:1. Before treatment, the number of CK4,CK13 of tonsil tissue with chronic tonsillitis is Significantly higher than that of the control group With statistical significance (P<0.05); After treatment, the number of these indicators of tonsil tissue samples significantly reduced,it is no statistical significance compared with expression of the normal tonsil tissue (P>0.05); but there is statistical significance than that before treatment (P<0.05).2. Before treatment, the number of M cell of tonsil tissue with chronic tonsillitis is Significantly lower than that of the control group With statistical significance (P<0.05); After treatment, the number of these indicators of tonsil tissue samples significantly increased,it is no statistical significance compared with expression of the normal tonsil tissue (P>0.05); but there is statistical significance than that before treatment (P<0.05) Conclusion:1. Before treatment, the number of CK4,CK13 of tonsil tissue in patients with chronic tonsillitis is higher than that of healthy people and it prompt that such patients exist local immune dysfunction.2. Before treatment, the appearance of M cells of the crypt epithelial structure in Patients with chronic tonsillitis is lower than the control group and it promp that crypt epithelial barrier function has declined.3. After treatment,we find that the number of CK4,CK13 in Patients has Significantly reduced and the appearance of M cells of the crypt epithelial structure in Patients has markedly increased,it Suggests that the treatment has improved and enhanced immune function and crypt epithelial barrier function of tonsil. Cauterization Therapeutic Technique is relevant with the crypt epithelial barrier function.
