Purpose：Chronic tonsillitis is one of the common diseases of the Departmentof Otolaryngology, is the scope of Chinese medicine,"nippled moth".Cauterization as one of the Traditional Chinese Medicinal treatment of chronictonsillitis has a good effect. In this study, by studying of cauterization inthe treatment of patients with chronic tonsillitis and tonsillar tissue onHBD-1mRNA、HBD-2mRNA expression influence and optical microscope cauterizationof traditional Chinese Medicine before and after treatment of tonsil tissuemorphology were observed.Method：Selected20casesofchronictonsillitispatientswererandomly dividedinto treatment group of erythromycin and group of cauterization of traditionalChinese medicine, with10patients in each group. cauterization of traditionalChinese Medicine group branded the former group is divided into before and aftertreatment, after the end of the immediate group and the end of the cauterizationgroup. Selected10operation treatment of tonsillectomy obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome patients in our hospital as a normal group.
