| Object: To investigate the relationship between the result of the diagnostic treatment that using Proton pump inhibitor to treat 1aryngopharyngeal reflux and the change of RefluxSymp tom Index.To study the feasibility that using RefluxSymp tom Index and The reflux finding score to diagnose 1aryngopharyngeal reflux.Methods: Comparing the change of the Symptoms and signs before and after treatment,25 patients who was treated with proton pump inhibitor for three month, To investigate the relationship between the result of the diagnostic treatment that using Proton pump inhibitor to treat 1aryngopharyngeal reflux and the change of RefluxSymp tom Index.Results: Three patients was Cured ; Three patients was improved;Six patients had no effect.Conclusions: Asked about the history dataily, careful physical examination and the appropriate diagnostic treatment contribute to diagnosis and treatment of laryngopharyngeal reflux.
