Study On Correlation Between Migrain Damp-heat Syndrome And Helicobacter Pylon Infection

Objective:Studying the correlation between Migrain Damp-heat Syndrome patients and Helicobacter Pylon Infection is to provide a theoretical basis in the microomechanism of Migrain dialectics by observing the retio of serum.Helicobacter pylori infection in the patients of the acute is chemic stroke and the paper is provide a theoretical guidancein the new treatment method combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine of cerebral infarction in the future.Materials and methods:I collected acute migraineur patients who came from our Hospital during Feb.2008 to Dec.2008.60 cases all together. Ask ed in detail about the history and collected data,accordanced with traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria,I divided the object of the study patients into humid group(31 cases),non-huimd group(29cases),according to "the TCM category diagnostic criteria"for points,fasting blood sample admitted to hospital the next day would be inspected,I used immunohistochemical method to survey ed the HP serum antiboby-positive rate,and at the level of serum total cholesterol(CHOL),the Triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),and the fibrinogen(FIB),at the same time I elected 30 cases of healthy people as a comparative group,and used the same method to survey the HP-positive rate,all date are analyzed statistically.Results:1.Migraine patients serum HP-positive rate was significantly higher than the healthy control group,compared the two groups the difference were significant(P< 0.05).2.The serum HP-positive rate of Migraine patients humid group than that of non-humid groud is increased obviously,the two groups were significantiy different(P< 0.05).3.The LDL level of Migraine patients Hygrothermal group is higher than that of non-humid group,the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05);And TG,CHOL,HDL,FIBwere no difference(P>0.05)4.The TG level of Migraine patients with serum HP-positive group is significantly higher than HP infected with negative group,two groups were significantly different(P< 0.05);And LDL,CHOL,HDL,FIBwere no difference(P>0.05)5.The sex of Migraine patients serum HP-positive rate was significantly higher than the healthy control group,compared the two groups the difference were significant (P<0.05).And the age was no difference(P>0.05)6.In accordance with the type of diagnostic criteria of TCM points,the serum positive rate of HP infection show no significant difference in type(P>0.05)Conclution:1.HP infection and the patients with migraine is close,and at the same time can affect the TG levels.2.HP infection and Migraine patients humid group is close,HPinfection can be used as one evidence of the micro-reference for Migraine patients humid group.And for Migraine patients humid group can take Chinese medicine Qingre Jiedu Huashi and Western medicine temporary anti-HP Joint treatment for Chinese and Western medicine in treating Migraine put forward a new theoretical basis and ideas.3.HP infection in Migraine patients is taking a role of poor in refiecting the severity of disease.4.The idea of further study:study the Migrain and blood fats changes of anti-HP treatment before and after.
