Objiective:To study the relationship among the raised erosive gastritis with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndromes,Helicobacter Pylori(HP) and the expression of heat shock Protein60(HSP60) and heat shock Protein70(HSP70).Method:79 raised erosive gastritis patients were selected as research subjects.According to the differentiation standards of raised erosive gastritis (REG)of TCM,54 case coincided to spleen-stomach damp-heat(SSDH) group,25 case coincided to spleen stomach qi-deficiency(SSQD) group, and 18 healthy persons as control group.Gastric mucosal biopsies were obtained during endoscopy in these patients.Rapidurease tests and histological tests were used for detection of the Hp.The specimens of gastric antral mucosa were obtained for immunohistochemical technique(HSP60 and HSP70).The correlation between every group and above index signs were analyzed.Results:1.HP infection ratio was no obvious difference between the SSDH group (66.7%)and the SSQD group(64.0%) in REG(P>0.05).2.The expression of HSP60 and HSP70 in REG patients with SSDH or SSQD Syndromes were both higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).And the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 in REG patients with SSDH Syndromes were higher than that with SSQD Syndromes(P<0.05).3.In SSDH group, the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 with Hp infection were higher than that without H.pylori infection(P<0.05).While there was no obvious difference between the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 in SSQD group(P>0.05).4.In REG patient, the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 with Hp infection were higher than that without Hp infection(P<0.01).There was close relationship between H.pylori infection ratio and the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 (P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Both the SSDH group and the SSQD group in REG may have a high HP infection ratio.2.The expression of HSP60 and HSP70 in REG patients with SSDH or SSQD Syndromes were both higher than that in the control group. And the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 in REG patients with SSDH Syndromes were higher than with SSQD Syndromes. There was the tendency that the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 in REG patients with SSDH Syndromes would be the highest, that with SSQD Syndromes second, and that in the control group last.3.In SSDH group, the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 with Hp infection were higher than that without Hp infection. While there was no obvious difference between the expression of HSP60 and HSP70 in SSQD group. It may indicate that the HP infectioncan increase the expression of HSP60 and HSP70,and the level of vital qi in human body will influence the expression of HSP60 and HSP70.4.The Hp infection may induce the expression of HSP60 and HSP70.
