Experimental Study Of Supplementing The Kidney And Quickening The Blood Method On The Efficacy Of Adjuvant Arthritis In Rats

Objective: Observe the supplementing the kidney and quickening the blood method on therapeutic effect of adjuvant arthritis in rats and to explore its mechanism.Methods: 48 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups : method for supplementing the kidney and quickening the blood of high-dose group, middle dose group, low-dose group, triptolide treatment group, model group, normal control group,(n = 8).Except for the normal control groups, each group with Freund's Adjuvant Complete modeling, the treatment group after modeling were fed the potion of supplementing the kidney and quickening the blood method, triptolide treatment group were fed TWP-chip solution. The normal control group were fed distilled water .To measure the arthritis index (AI), the thickness of paw edema, weight (W) changes in serum immunoglobulin (IgG, IgM), tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a), interleukin-1 (IL-1) content.Observes the left behind malleolus joint Inflammatory tissue's pathological change.Results: Compared with the model group,The group treated with method for supplementing the kidney and quickening the blood inhibited the feet plantars swelling and the AI increment, TNF-a, IgG, IgM and IL-1 levels decreased significantly (P <0.01 or P<0.05), in particular the role of high-dose treatment group was best,and on the efficacy of the weight loss it was more pronounced(P<0.05).malleolus joint peritonsillar tissue phlogocyte infiltration degree of each treatment group and the Tripterygium wilfordii group compare the model group's to lightly, the high dose treatment group's curative effect is remarkable(P<0.01). Tripterygium wilfordii group and small, monitoring team in phlogocyte infiltration degree do not have remarkable difference.Conclusion: Treatment of supplementing the kidney and quickening the blood method play an role in adjuvant, the role of high-dose treatment group was best,and on the efficacy of the weight loss it was more pronounced.secondary arthritis and its mechanism may be related to suppression of pathological autoimmune responses.
