Clinical Study On Treating Stable Angina With Boosting The Kidney And Quickening The Blood Decoction

Objective：The coronary heart disease (CHD)is the main disease harmingthe mankind healthiness.In most part of our country,particularly the north orrelatively developed area,this illness tends to be more and more and isbecoming the main cause of death.Therefore,how to prevent and cure of CHDis also the focus of the medical receach.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has many advantages in treatment of CHD.Many patients are treated by it orcombination of TCM and western medicine and get benefit from them.Toobserve the clinical effects of treatment for curing the angina pectoris bytaking advantage of the Chinese called Boosting the Kidney and Quickeningthe Blood Decoction.And explore the mechanism and offer the scientific basisfor the further clinic application.Methods：We choose120people who have ever been a patient in ourhospital of Hebei Chinese Medical University during the time from theJannury,2010to the June of2010as the object of the study.According to thenaming and standard of the CHD published by the WHO in1979and thenaming standard of CTM published by the association of Chinese medical in1997.We divided randomly the patients into two groups as Treated group andControl group.We used general medicine to treat the patient in Control groupand used TCM as an additional treatment on the base of general medicine tothe patients of Treated group.At last,we use the soft of SPSS13.0to deal withthe data of the study.Results：1.According to the results of the statisyics,we can see that,therehave no differences between the two Groups about the commonly statuesinciuding the total patients,ages,genders and symptoms.2.On the improvementof the symptoms of angina,it also showed that the total effective rate of theTreated Group is85.0%and73.33%of the Control Group.The significant effect of the Treated Group is much higher than the Control Group and thedifference between them is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.On theimprovement of the ECG,it also showed that the total effective rate of theTreated Group is66.67%and56.67%of the Control Group.The differencebetween them is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.On the improvement of thedecreasing rate of Nieroglycer,it also showed that the total effective rate of theTreated Group is71.67%and61.65%of the Control Group.The significanteffect of the Treated Group is much higher than the Control Group and thedifference between them is statistically significant(P<0.05).5.On theimprovement of the blood-fat,the hemorheology,the bloodviscosity,CRP,Thromboxane,NO,the effects after treatment of the TreatedGroup are much better than before, the difference between them isstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：This study showed that Dcoction of Boosting the Kidney and Quickeningthe Blood had good regulations on breaking times of anginapectoris,expending capacity of Nitroglycer in,clinical syndrome ofpatients,electrocardiogram and metabolic disorder of lipid.
