Objective:To investigate the clinical feature of suspect glaucoma hospitalized patients, ages, family history,cardinal symptoms, the highest intraocular pressure, C/D ratio, the glaucoma visual fields changes, the fluctuation of 24h intraocular pressure, the stimulated experiments and myopia distribution conditions, related to diagnosis distribution. In order to find who are the more affected factors to the earlier diagnosis. At the same time, we can provide the date of suspect glaucoma epidemiology. Methods: 63 cases were studied in our department of suspect glaucoma from June 1991 to Jan.2010. analysis the data of ages, family history,cardinal symptoms, the highest intraocular pressure, C/D ratio, the glaucoma visual fields changes, the fluctuation of 24h intraocular pressure, the stimulated experiments and myopia distribution conditions, related to diagnosis distribution. Results: In the 63 cases suspect glaucoma hospitalized patients, 70.31%cases were female; 31~60ages were 77.78%; the main symptom was gas pains, about 81%; all the cases were opening angle. Conclusions: In diagnostic procedure, we should pay more attention on the intraocular pressure and 24h intraocular pressure of suspect crowd. And making use of combination technique was a best choice.
