The Study Of The Grass-roots Level In Manchuria

After Japanese invader captured in northeast China, the invader in order to cut off contact between the people and the Armed Forces of Anti-Japanese,to wipe out neighbourhood administrative system which are carried out by armed forces of Anti-Japanese in the grass-roots of northeastneighbourhood administrative system.is the important charter system .the japanese to wipe out ant–japanese .Regarding neighbourhood administrative system in Harbin area as the research subject ,This paper tries to discuss about it.This thesis, which is divided into four parts:the first part of this dissertation has discussed the Primary Organizations before neighbourhood administrative system is carried out in Harbin area.The second part discusses the composition of neighbourhood administrative system ,The generation of administrative staff and the Organization Functions of self-defence groups in Harbin Area in manchuria .The third part mainly describes implementation and essence of neighbourhood administrative system in Harbin area in manchuria and the operation of special work of neighbourhood administrative system for three years.Part forth introduces the damage of neighbourhood administrative system to the masses in Harbin.This paper mainly argued the damage to the political life, the spiritual life and production and burden to people in Harbin.The last chapter provides an overall summary and analysis.
