The competition is more and more intense in modern society.The middle school students are confronted with entering higher schools or employment.Exam is the primary way for selecting of entering higher schools or employment,which made considerable pressure to students.Because of the expect from society,families,teachers and themselves,the middle school students who are at puberty without good ability of improving the self-regulated emotion emerge emotional disturbance easily.That is bad for physical and mental health and school achievement.Examination anxiety have special important sense in all kinds of emotion reason about impacting school achievement.To students,it is the core symptom of unadapted reaction causing by taking an examination. Examination anxiety is an important psychological problems in learning life,refers to the examination situation caused by the lack of self-confidence,too much pressure and failure to preparation adequately, a series of psychological factors lead to worry, insomnia,thus affect seriously examination performance.This is a correlating study which aims at city and countryside difference, grade difference and sexuality difference with junior students of Dalian City as subjects, and then understand the actuality of examination anxiety about them.The questionnaire made use of TAS (test anxiety scale).And this study includes interventing of fifteen subjects who are examination anxiety serious,with the measure of psychological behavior training.The results indicate the actuality of examination anxiety about junior students: it is significant difference between city and countryside,as the examination anxity level with junior students of city is higher than the countryside;it is significant difference between girls and boys,as the examination anxiety level with girl students is higher than boys; it is significant difference between seventh-graders and eighth-graders, but it is no significant difference between the two graders and ninth-graders. Intervening by the measure of psychological behavior training,and setting the control group,the experimental groups posttest score is significantly lower than the pretest score and the posttest score of the control group.It shows that psychological behavior training is effective obviously for the examination anxiety of junior students.
