Aim: (1) To find out the prevalence and influencing factors of anxiety and depression in driving trainees; (2) To observe the influence of driving practice on anxiety and depression of driving trainees; (3) To assess the effect of psychological training on anxiety and depression of driving trainees.Methods: A total of 384 soldiers were divided into the group of driving practice (340) and the group of non-driving practice (44). Among the group of driving practice, 164 received psychological training. All of them were tested three times with Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self-Rating depression Scale (SDS) at the different stages of training. Meanwhile, epidemiological features of them were assessed with table edited by the ourselves and personality of them were assessed with MBTI-G scale.
