Black Humor is a School of Postmodernism Literature that came into being first in the United States during the 1960s and 1970s. At the beginning, it was one kind of schools of novels. Black refers to the frightful and farcical reality, while Humor refers to an attitude of satire taken by the individualities with intention and volition to reality. Black Humor is called as the humor under the fallows by the west critics. It is a method of literature to present the tragedy in the form of the comedy and an artistic expression means of surrealism.Black Humor had gradually gone downhill since 1990s with the contention of the Postmodernism theory waning from the climax. However, this trend of thought was yet a newborn thing in China. Some Chinese writers of the present age combined the west Black Humor with Chinese contemporary history, reality and culture, and then gave birth to the literature works of Sinitic Black Humor. Among these writers, Wang Xiaobo was a figure full of dispute. He was famous for the Black Humor novels, and created a special essay style by bringing this literature feature to his own essays.Wang Xiaobo developed a school of his own, and moreover Black Humor became one of writer Wang Xiaobo's name card. He disclosed the absurd reality in his essays, at the same time he also elucidated and exerted both of the ideological and the interesting content of essays. By using the methods of returning to the original condition, illustrating through the objects, quoting, reasoning, writing the ancient stories in a modern tone, parody and so on, this paper will try to demonstrate the world of Black Humor revealed by Wang Xiaobo, which he used to criticize the absurd world of "no wisdom, no sex, no interest", to advocated the wisdom, and to spoke highly of the rationality. Black Humor not only influenced Wang's life and shaped his unique personality traits, but also helps him to open a new era for his own style of essays.
