A Study On Inheritance And Development Of Baoding Laodiao

Baoding Laodiao, which is the local opera of Baoding in Hebei Province, is a branch of BangZi system, and the second largest traditional drama for its familiarity and favor by the drama audience living in the middle part of Hebei Province, only second to Hebei BangZi. Baoding Laodiao has a history of more than 300 years, and experienced two prosperous periods in the 30s of 20th century and the time of the newly-founded China. There were a large amount of well- known traditional dramas such as"Pan Yang Song""Zhong Lie Qian Qiu"and several famous experts and actors , for instance , Zhou Fucai , Wang Guanying .In June,2008,the State Council published the directory for the second batch of National nonmaterial cultural heritage and the extension project directory for the first batch of National nonmaterial cultural heritage, Baoding Laodiao was listed in the directory as one of the traditional drama class of nonmaterial cultural heritage, and the number was IV—93. The name of"Cultural heritage", on one hand, indicated that it has great diachronism and synchronicity, on the other hand, indicated that Baoding Laodiao is facing survival crisis. Nowadays with multi-cultures, and affected by so many negative factors, Baoding Laodiao's surviving and developing situation is not optimistic. Therefore, effective protection and inheritance are very necessary.Entitled with"A study on Inheritance and Development of Baoding Laodiao", this article includes the following points.First, the article sorts the developing order of Baoding Laodiao's history.Second, with field survey, the article summarizes the present living and developing conditions of Baoding Laodiao, and deeply analyses the influencing factors.Third, by analyzing the multi-value and developing opportunity of Baoding Laodiao, the article puts forward the macro-strategy and micro- strategy to succeed and develop Baoding Laodiao .
