We are now in the non-material society and digital society. With digital wave sweeping across the world, digital products have almost permeated every corner of our life. At present, there is a great deal of fuzzy personal digital products, such as multi - function products, losing identity products and non-material products. In the future, the development of personal digital products will change everything, including the way of life, the way of work, the way of study and the way of thinking.People have the new expectations of personal digital products. This makes us engage in deep reflection on traditional design concepts and methods. In the digital era, the function, form, mode of existence even and substance of design has changed. With application of fuzzy design method, the space between personal digital products is"gray"and flexible. The functions and forms of products are broken, meanwhile the relationship of products and people changes entirely. The image of products is rich, personalized and diversified. It has realistic value to promote the concept of fuzzy design.Based on personal digital product design and fuzzy theory, this thesis analyzes fuzzy characteristics and form of the current personal digital products, and it researches the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of personal digital products through the instance .Product fuzzy design is pointed out that function and morphology with tolerance , fuzzy material color multi - role in product design and a effective evaluation method. Product fuzzy design stresses the ideal interactive mode and the benign relations between human beings and objects, and it quantifies the subjective evaluation of products. Base on these, it creates the diversified interactive mode and emotional experience measure of digital product. Consequently, it can be considered a design concept and applied as a design method.This thesis makes deep diving and deep thinking of complex form and function of personal digital products and emotional needs of current consumers, based on the practical value research and application on the fuzzy design idea. It is helpful that the designers make product design from a new perspective and methods and the enterprises make purpose and significance of product innovation.
