| In the face of increasingly serious environmental and ecological crisis, human beings are aware of the importance and urgency of this situation, governments and enterprises have to explore sustainable development model. To achieve sustainable development, will require companies to change the traditional mode of production and business ideas, ask enterprises to produce green products for green design.However, green design involves too much, we fully apply it to the actual product design process which requires a lot of analysis, research and a number of ways to support. Designers can not fully grasp and apply, which requires the conduct of targeted research, Disassembling research as an important element of green design is the premise of product maintenance, recycling and reuse. This study is the availability of green products detachable link structure, then how to disassembly of the green product design and selection of a reasonable detachable connection structure has become paramount.In this paper, classifying the product from morphology, study on the detachable connection of the shell and stand products, summarized the form of detachable connection of the shell and stand type commonly used, and have done an analysis of comparison. Then, summarized the design guidelines of disassembly in product lifecycle. and analyzed products in different life stages of the detachable connection structure needs with the theory of life-cycle design requirements analysis method. Put forward the feasible means for the disassembly of the green product design methodology. and presented for the disassembly process of green product design methods, the last established a detachable connection structure of the light platform, through this platform, designers can quickly and accurately choose the necessary structure, speed up the pace of product design, so that green products face to market quickly, in order to win the interest for enterprises, to make a contribution to environmental protection.
