Green Design In Product Design, Research And Application

In recent years, the green design (the Green design, the G D) is the hot topic in design area. The rise of green design with extensively applied is changing gradually the economic growth method, which takes a great deal of depletion resources, also changing people's life style and consume idea. It provides a system design method for people solving person-machine- environment relationship harmony, and is the inevitable request of sustainable development.Now the green design is just discussed as principle in industry design area, and is in imagine and appeals state of design thought phase. On one hand, designer, producer and consumer don't pay more attention to environment problems, on the other hand, the green design requests designer owning good knowledge, lots of information resource and clear design theories and systemic design system. The green design is the inevitable choice of the product design, so research is necessary on design method and design process of green product.The green design theories have already applied partial in developed countries. But now it just in theory discussion phase in internal industry design area, and not relate to main products design and development. The green design theories could drive environmental conservation and improve life level. The research on the green design could provide some ideas for designer and producer without clear design strategy, and enhance manufacture and design maturing.This text synthesized the theories research of the past green design. From collecting and tidy up the data, First, analyzed disadvantageous influence of product to environment; inquiried into the green design at domestic and international development condition; elaborated the concept and the research contents of the green design in the product design ; and tidy up the basic frame of the green design theories on this foundation; second, on the basic of the analytical green design evaluation system , discussion the life cycle evaluates method of the green design and the blemish and the problem within process; End, this thesis concretely analyzed the important point of the green design of the set type calculator, took household-use calculator as a solid example to carry on a green design fulfillment.
