The new media art design includes a variety of types, and has different forms of expression,contains almost all media types which are guided by the modern science and technology. This topic is a special research case for a branch of new media design art.The main content of this research is the interaction design based on children's digital publications.In this paper,first,we analysis the existing children's publication market and products.and then,summarizes the current situation and the problems in children's publications.We reseach and innovate based on this social environment so as to promote and speed up the process of children's pubilcation ,moreover, to meet the social development and guide the children growing healthily. This paper based on the design psychology, cognitive psychology and child psychology, art of design, interaction design, experience design, emotional design theories as the research foundation. In the end,the paper concludes the general principle of children's digital publication ,and makes a detailed analysis of the various elements of interaction design, so as to guide the designers and creators more target-oriented to creat digital publication interaction design of children.The article adopts the theory and practice method combining research.This paper puts forward some principles and methods about children's digital publication interaction design, and provides designers for children's digital publication some theories and method.This paper puts forward theoretical rules and the research idea for future related studies, and has a market economic significance and realistic significance.
