As we all know,books are the crystallization of human spiritual civilization.We can not only gain knowledge,edify the body and mind,but also get happiness by reading.However,with the implementation of China's comprehensive two-child policy,early education and reading has become the focus of the every family.As early childhood wisdom enlightenment books and spiritual food,children's books are very important.However,at present,most of the children's books in our country are difficult to meet the children's physiological and psychological needs both in the content of topics and in the form of design,and parents who are the main consumers are also distressed by the lack of suitable children's books to buy.Therefore,the theoretical research on book design based on children's reading mode,taking science and rationality as the basic principles,attempts to put forward the book design mode of children's reading mode from the perspective of physiology and psychology,and to solve the problems existing in children's books at present,and to explore the implementable scheme from the perspective of design science.Firstly,the paper defines the concept of book design,reading mode and children's related concepts,and systematically combs the domestic and foreign children's book design cases,using comparative researchmethod to analyze children's physiological and psychological characteristics and the choice of reading mode.Secondly,from the perspective of children's books and reading patterns,and through the combination of on-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey,the principles and requirements of children's books design are summarized.Finally,taking young children as the research subject,through interdisciplinary cross-disciplinary research and the use of analysis,induction,comparison and other research methods,starting from the needs of children's physiological sensory diversity and psychological interaction experience,this paper explores the book design mode under the reading mode of young children and the new ideas and new forms of book design for young children in the future.
