The Research Of The Poetry Of Adherent Poet Chen Gongyin From Lingnan

Chen Gongyin(1631-1700), one of the descendent of Ming dynasty at the end of Ming dynasty and the beginning of Qing dynasty and form Ling Nan, is called The three Poet of Ling Nan with Qu Dajun and Liang Peilan. He is good at poem , essay and Calligraphy ,has"Du Lutang Poetry anthology"15 volumes,and"Du Lutang Corpus"15 volumes. His poetry is known for his deep feeling. This article is divided into five chapters, respectively analyse his intricate spirit development history, the way of making friends which has go beyond the limit of adherents of former dynasty, the viewpoint of his poetics which has far-reaching influence, the content of his poetry with his authentic feelings,and distinct characteristic of himself and Ling Nan.Chen Gongyin was born at the family with deep confucianist tradition , taught by his father,who was a famous teacher. When he was young he has thought that the man should work for the country and the people. Before long he lose his country and the whole family. suffering from the massive bssault,he began his trips for his ideal. Ten years had past, the homeland couldn't be regain, because the rule of the new dynasty had set up..He had to back home.,from now on he began his seclusion life.In this period ,he difficultly finished his transformation of the self-actualization way. Then he suffered another disaster at the age of 48, beacause he was doubted that he may have relation with a large-scale revolt .From 1678 to 1679, he spended his life in the prison,and almost lost his life. After the prison life ,he adjusted his life style again. he began made more frindes, especially many officials of the new dynasty .He was criticized because of this change.But to a certain extent, by means of these frindeds, he indirectly achieved his ideal to a certain extent .Chen Gongyin'character was kindly and tolerant, beacuase he had lost his family, he attached great importance to his friends. There are so many friends in his life. Many were descendent of the Ming dynasty. Whatever recluses or wanders, all deeply sustained their loyalty to the former Ming dynasty. There are also many officials of the new dynasty, who helped him to build safe environment. His enthusiastic participation in work of poery was also done good to the development of Ling Nan poem creation.The core of Chen Gongyin's poetics viewpoints are sensibilities and truth,and put forward his own viewpoint about that the poem creation shuold innovate and how to innovate . especially emphasize the poet'consciousness and character. That is , one side, the poets shouldn't be limited by the distinguished poet who has past, the poets could learn from them, and shuld learn from many poets ,but finally should form his own fase. Another side, poets shouldn't be limited by the rule of poesy. Poets should be the masters and should keep freedom of the heart. Chen Gongyin's poetics viewpoints face to the poem creation, so his poetics viewpoints could be look upon as the soul of his poem creation.The contents of Chen Gongyin's Poetry express his true sensibilities and practice practicehis own poetics viewpoints . There are actual records of what has happend in that complicated time , what has hapend in his heart, and the territorial culture, folk-custom ,natural environment of LingNan. So his Poetry anthology might seem to be the history of this poet's spirit ,and the landscape of LingNan.Chen Gongyin's poem is influenced by the territorial tradition and time environment..Many images are coloured by that time atmosphere. and Chen Gongyin is good at constructing immense , profound and lasting artistic conception, which full of power and momentum. This is one side as the representative of the LinNan tradition . And also his has own feeling and aesthetic pursuit, for example ,he likes to use images with cool feeling, likes constructing refreshing artistic conception,, this is another side of"this poet"which has his own characteristic.
