As a teacher, the movement which makes the most significant influence to the students is no more than to be actively to devise a course system or to be its designer oneself. These functions prompt the enthusiastic of the students, nay remarkably ameliorate their perspective to their capability, to be well prepared to the challenge after their graduation. The genuine signification of Art education is to cultivate more people with ability, so it supposes to be a crucial mission.To cultivate the innovative ability, first would cultivate creative thinking, In creative way of thinking in the three-dimensional structure of the knowledge structure, the conceptual structure, method structure is stereo open state. Judging from the pertaining to learning or culture structure, Creative thinking is constantly update their knowledge, obsolete at the knowledge; fall into disusc Judging from concept results, and innovative thinking is renewing results; Judging from the method of structure, and innovative thinking and innovative methods of essence lies in no new methods, will not have the creative thinking spark the produce. Because of creative thinking is of great flexibility without off-the-peg thinking method and procedure to follow, they can freely express imagination. Therefore, exploit and training students'creative thinking, it is not only a whole system engineering, but a unique work. Civilian art as the essential inspirit Art, is a culture art which is created by the people since thousands of years. As a part of the immateriality culture inheritance, it is not only faces the questions on the protection and how to inherit, but exploiter, continue and creativity as well. It is a very imperative problem that combined the civilian art and creative thought together meanwhile band the traditional civilian spirit and the creative thought of the modern time together, which need us to think it over to make it done. This article is to enhance innovative thinking elements to the elementary folk art courses, through the novel teaching mode of the important message to every student.In this thesis firstly make a decision on the courses of the study meanwhile chase the pertinence of the courses down. At the same time, we need to do some surveys, to make sure the course be accepted and fond by most of the students. Secondly we start from how to design the course, the framework of the course, and the contents of the course, make the case in different aspects. We start the course design by different kinds of thoughts, including the collection of the relative resources in diverse ways. We hope we can work out an better idea using the art design course as a breakthrough and pay attention to the creativity study combine to the civilian art, to exploit how to develop the education of the art design system.
