At present, with the market competition growing, our all levels of national office, institution and state-owned enterprises are experiencing unprecedented reform and adjustment. The existed research shows that there are many experts and scholars at home and abroad for organizational change are mainly concentrated in organizations and system level of variable study, but from individual level to explore coping organizational change of employees empirical research are rare. Therefore, for organizational change in the process of organizational members on how to deal with and to change the influence of the effectiveness of the research significance, the related research will also be more shows its has application value.This study to implement organization change of enterprises and institutions employees as the research object,main adoption of literature study, questionnaire investigation method ,to research on the relationship among organizational change, coping strategy and organizational change effectiveness, and revised the employee coping strategies scale. This study in zhengzhou, luoyang, xinxiang, Beijing has questionnaires for 1000 , considering the demographic factors, using exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis and regression analysis, t-test, anova statistical methods for the data analysis. The conclusions were drawn as following:First, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis results show that containing 22 projects staff coping strategies scale has good reliability and validity, reached the psychometric requirements.Second, spontaneous, progressive and incremental organizational change significantly positively related to organizational change effectiveness , And for organizational change effectiveness are significant positive prediction function;Mandatory, revolutionary and reductive change and organizational change efficiency exist significant negative correlation, and for organizational change effectiveness are significant positive prediction function.Third, coping strategies has partial intermediary effect between organizational change and organizational change effectiveness.Fourth, organize employee of coping strategies in some demography variables (by gender, age, education level, seniority and post grades) differences. Finally, summarizes the main conclusion of this study, the results of this research are discussed, and this study existence deficiency and further to solve problems, and puts forward Suggestions to management practice.
