Organizational Identification is defined as a process and a state in which the member of certain organization defines himself(or herself) by the same attributes of the organization that he(or she) apperceives hence attain the sense of belongingess to the organization.The concept of Organizational Identification has been attracting the increasing wide attention in current era of global competition and knowledge-based economy.Chinese IT companies are booming today,though we are a late bird in this frontier field.Compared with the 70's,the 80's,who have already stepped into the core of the company,are of distinct personality.Consequently,how to manage the 80's staff effectively and improve their organizational identification has become an important subject of IT enterprise management.By reviewing the relative literature of Organizational Identification,Organizational Climate,Job Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, we use exploratory factor analysis to revise the questionnaires.Then we use correlation and regression to analyze the relationship among them.Finally,we use independent-sample test to examine the difference of Organization Identification between the 70's and the 80's.For the 80's staff in IT companies,the main conclusions are listed as follows:1.Organizational Climate is relative to Organizational Identification,and different dimensions of Organizational Climate have different degree's effect on different dimensions of Organizational Identification.2.Organizational Identification is relative to Job Engagement,and all dimensions of Organigitional Identification have different degree's effect on all dimensions of Job Engagement.3.Organizational Identification is relative to Organizational Citizenship Behavior,and different dimensions of Organizational Identification have different degree's effect on different dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior.4.There is significant difference on Organizational Identification between the 70's and the 80's.
