The Research On Designing Foreign Language Teaching Organizational Strategies Based On Organizational Behavior And Processes

From the viewpoint of Education Technology, education has the nature of technology. It is kind of social constructive activity, and it is a social activity according to system planning and designing under the theoretic directions.It's a new attempt to apply the ideology of Organizational Behavior & Processes into designing foreign language teaching organizational strategies. This thesis makes a research from a brand new point of view based on the technological nature of the education. This thesis first concludes the problems in Chinese Curriculum Revolution and designing foreign language teaching organizational strategies, then analyses the basic theories of designing foreign language teaching organizational strategies, and then applies the ideology of Organizational Behavior & Processes into designing foreign language teaching organizational strategies and brings out the design proposal in classroom teaching.Based on the guiding ideology of Organizational Behavior & Processes, such as Entity Theory, Group and Team Theory, Leadership Theory, Motivation Theory and Organizational Culture Theory, this thesis brings out the principles of designing foreign language teaching organizational strategies. This thesis also brings out the application suggestions for foreign language teachers to use the strategies in their day-to-day teaching.This thesis makes an intensive research on the problem of unavailability of group instruction, finds out the reason and brings out solutions based on the ideology of Organizational Behavior & Processes.This thesis helps the teachers to have a new and systematic knowledge of designing foreign language teaching organizational strategies, and it also helps the teachers to apply these designs and strategies into their teaching.
