Cooperation is an important part of pro-social nature of children, as well as an integral part of children's personality. Conducive to the development of children's thinking and peer interaction, cooperation helps children to avoid self-centeredness, so as to improve their ability to communicate. Development of children cooperation can promote the healthy development of personality. Early childhood is a very important period for the formation and development of children cooperation, so in-depth study of children cooperation is of a very important theoretical and practical significance. It can not only deepen all the previous theoretical studies, but also provide support for parents and teachers fostering children cooperation. We adopt the self-compiled teacher rating questionnaire to measure children's cooperation, and explore the structure of children cooperation in the way of factor analysis. By integrating the open questionnaires and interviews with theoretical searches, we have compiled"Teachers'Rating Questionnaire on the Cooperation Development Level of Early Childhood", managed to study the structure of children cooperation through the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. And based on the questionnaire studies, we also use multi-traits and multi-methods to validate the questionnaire's constructive validity in order to further study the age and gender characteristics of the development of cooperation. The conclusions are as below:(1)The structure of children cooperation includes three dimensions: assistance, collaboration, association.(2) The《Teachers'Rating Questionnaire on the Cooperation Development Level of Early Childhood》has good reliability and validity. It can be used to measure the level of children cooperation development.(3) Experimental results and the questionnaire results have significant correlation, which indicates that the experimental and questionnaire methods adopted in this study has measured the children's cooperative development level effectively, and the questionnaire has a high validity.(4) The development of children cooperation has significant age differences. As the age increases, the child increasingly chooses to cooperate with peers, and the level of their cooperation development is increasing. (5) The development of children cooperation has significant gender differences. Except for the association, boys are hardly different from girls. Girls'scores are significantly higher than boys in terms of assistance and collaboration. That means the cooperation development level of girls is significantly better than that of boys.
