With the deepening of international trade relations, China's position in international trade increased significantly. In order to improve trade efficiency, a growing number of foreign students choose to learn Chinese language program in business, in which intermediate level learners account for a large part.Textbook as the represent of overall Plan and evidence of class teaching Plays an important role in the four steps of whole teaching Process of business Chinese to foreigners. Textbook is also the evidence that the students and teachers should abide by which represents the two fundamental sides of teaching Chinese to foreigners: What to teach and how to teach. Therefore, it is absolutely significant to study the compiling of the textbooks of teaching Chinese to foreigners. When facing the two Sets of textbooks, we can't helping but Pondering what are the differences between them in terms of compiling theory, contents of texts,new words, and what kind of experiences and lessons we ean draw from them.The the first part of Chapter One described the research background and the significance of research results, and meanwhile summarize the present theories in China.Chapter Two described the theoretical basis and overall programme.Chapter Three compared and analyzed the style of the text arrangement according to"Economic Intermediate Chinese Conversation"and"Chinese Shangwutong - Oral Intermediate Course".Chapter Four summarized the statistics of the two textbooks on teaching communicative functions of the distribution of the project and some problems of selected aspects of the text project.Chapter Five discussed the importance of the Chinese Teaching culture and the expression in commerce.Chapter Six projected some suggestions on the new generation of business Chinese textbooks.This thesis focuses on the comparative and analysis study of feature project, cultural project and compile of the two Textbooks.
