With the continuous improvement of the rapid growth of Chinese economy, and international status has been extended to many aspects of China’s foreign cultural exchanges, learning Business Chinese people are increasing year by year, which provides an objective opportunity for the growth of our Business Chinese for textbooks a higher requirements. Professional Business Chinese textbook is the carrier of classroom teaching and the basis for tests, but also an important tool for students to learn, so the status of teaching Business Chinese is essential. But the existing Business Chinese textbooks in quantity and quality can’t afford the needs of learning and teaching, therefore accelerate the construction of Business Chinese Textbooks become imperative.This article divided into six parts, the first part clarifies the existing problems. The second part analysis the vocabulary of the "New Silk Road Business Chinese Advanced Integrated Course" and "New Business Chinese Course", using the statistical chart to analysis two books. The third part is about the grammar, using the statistical charts to find differences. The fourth part is to compare their practice sessions. The fifth part draw some of the current problems in the preparation of business Chinese textbooks through the analysis of advanced business Chinese textbooks, and give some suggestions for improvement. The final part concludes the end of the text.Based on the four aspects of comparative analysis of the two materials, follow the general principles of Business Chinese textbooks prepared in conjunction with the Business Chinese own characteristics, summed up the advantages and disadvantages in the preparation of teaching material aspects, from the microscopic to the new Business Chinese textbooks preparation of proposals, offers little help for future new Business Chinese textbooks.
