On Capability Of Moral Choice And Its Control

This paper,following such a logjical idea, starts from purpose andsignificance of topics,the relative definition of moral choice,the formationmechanism of moral choice capability,to control the capability of moralchoice .The problem clarifies that the purpose and significe oftopic ,Comments on the current situation theoretical reseach concernedhome and aborad, the basic ideas methods and the basic framwork andthe innovation of this paper.The second part analyze respectively theconcept of a moral choice ,composition elements , the arrribution ofmoral choice ,the meaning and function of moral choice capability,considers that the objective reasons of a moral choice lies on the diversityof ethics and the existence of moral conflict.The third part analyzes theinherent and external mechanism of individual capability of moralchoice .of those,individual moral judgement ,the accumulation ofindividual moral experience and conscience awareness of individualmake up inherent mechanism . of those ,individual economicconditions,the impact of supply of ethical and social manners ,the powerof examples and the impact of social and moral environment make up theexternal mechamism. Regulation of moral choice capability not onlyhandles the relationship between moral purpose and moral means ,butalso strengthen the moral education on individuals ,building a moraleducation system among schools ,families and society .We also need tocreate a favorable public opinion and moral environment ,to establish asocial control mechanism of moral reward and punishment through thelegal systemand strengthen the role of moral reward and punishment.
