Application And Design Of Digital Ink-jet Printing Pattern Based On Nonwoven

Digital ink-jet printing technology, as a new calico printing, which is a breakthrough for the traditional printing technology, is a combination of the innovative design technology with the engineering technology. How to exploit the potential of digital printing technology better to design digital printing image of nonwoven fabric ,and how to apply the images in wall decoration and packaging areas more effectively were introduced, and it was studied from experiment research, pattern design and application.First, the emerging background and development digital textile were stated in the introduction, and current situation of domestic and abroad digital printing graphic on design and research were detailed analyzed. The digital ink-jet printing technology in the application of various materials was introduced.The characteristics and properties of the nonwoven materials and digital ink-jet printing were summarized. It was pointed out that the nonwoven materials with digital ink-jet printing can be used in wall decoration and packaging decorative. The production procedures of applications of the digital ink-jet printing based on nonwovens were described. Then, the application situation of nonwoven materials based on digital ink-jet printing was stated., through single-factor exploratory analysis, printing effect of the digital ink-jet printing based on nonwovens under different conditions was analyzed. Therewith,the essay discussed the digital printing design conditions, design principals, design elements and design methods of digital pattern design based on nonwoven in wallcovering images and packaging images respectively. Then, the applications and rules of digital ink-jet printing based on nonwoven materials was introduced in detail. At last, the conclusions were reached and the future research orientation was presented.As the graphic designer in nueva era, the ultimate goal is to exploit the design potentials of digital ink-jet printing technology, and to design aesthetic and innovative images, and to apply these images effectively in different materialsand fields through various technical means,as well. Through analysis of the feasibility of digital pattern design based on nonwoven, experiment research and applying to pattern design, the optimal process route of printing effect for digital pattern design based on spunbonded nonwoven (50g/m2) was ascertained. Design elements, principals and methods in wallcovering images and packaging images of digital pattern design based on nonwoven. Simultaneously, the methods and rules of applying were summarized.
