The paper is do some research on the status quo of the emotional labor in the public relation department of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation and its correlation to job burnout and job satisfaction through the methodology of questionnaire. This paper also probes how perceived organizational support regulates the relationship between emotional labor and job burnout, and the relationship between emotional labor and job satisfaction. It also verifies how job burnout functions as a moderator between emotional labor and job satisfaction. Besides, this study discusses the differences of emotional labor in the context of demography variable.Adopting methods such as documentations research and questionnaire, the paper selects appropriate questionnaires based on the study of related literature, conducts proper modifications in order to tailor the questionnaire for the survey, yields the data from the returned questionnaires, and then uses a statistics software named SPSS to conduct statistics analysis's such as frequency analysis, variance analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and exploratory factor analysis.The result of the research shows that:1. Public Relation Practitioners of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation has the emotional labor in working. Parts of the demographic variables, such as:gender, age, marital status, which all has an influence on the emotional labor of Public Relation Practitioners of Guangdong Power Grid Corporation.2. Emotional labor has an important effect on job burnout. The superficial behaviors have a prospective effect on job satisfaction; however the deep behaviors'effect is not prominent on job satisfaction. Natural expressions have a dramatically negative prospect on job burnout.3. Emotional labor has an important effect on job satisfaction. The superficial behaviors have a dramatically negative prospect on it; however the deep behaviors'effect is not prominent. Natural expressions have an affirmatively prospective effect on job satisfaction.4. Parts of Perceived Organizational Support have regulation action on the relation of emotional labor and job burnout, but for the relation of emotional labor and entirety job satisfaction have not been proved. Perceived Organizational Support has a prominently negative regulation action on the natural behaviors of emotional labor and the cynicism of job burnout, also for the relation of natural behaviors and ineffective sense.5. Emotional exhaustion has an intermediary effect on emotional labor and job satisfaction, which is proved. Emotional exhaustion has a sectional intermediary effect on superficial behaviors and entirety job satisfaction, also for the natural behaviors and entirety job satisfaction.
