The research of Positive Psychology motivates the birth of Psychological Capital Theory, following the financial, human and social capital, psychological capital to become the fourth largest capital. This artiele aims at exploring the strueture of Psyehological Capital and developing a relative questionnair for college students. We investigated 672 undergraduate students, using statistical software SPSS 11.5 and LIEREL8.70 to data analysis. Found:1. The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and Psychological Capital contains nine dimensions, that achievement motivation, self-esteem and hope, optimism-happiness, responsibility, self-efficacy, emotional intelligence, tenacity, magnanimity-forgiveness, and innovation capacity; 2. Psychological Capital and its dimensions are generally above average, in which the sense of responsibility is the highest, the lowest is self-esteem and hope, the general state of college students' psychological capital is fine; Girls have stronger responsibility than boys; medical students have stronger responsibility than science students; students which under the democrats family education style have stronger sense of responsibility than the laissez-faire students; the university students received scholarships,serving or served as students'cadres demonstrate higher psychological capital level than the ones not received scholarships or served as the cadre. Academic performance, interpersonal level and the level of psychological capital is a positive correlation. There is no signifieant difference in the population statistics variable, such as grade, economic status, native plaee, the only child or not, single parent or not, etc. We suggest enhancing the level of psychological capital through positive atmosphere, course offering, club activities and mental training.
