The Goodness-of-Fit Model of developmental contextualism believes that the researcher needs to grasp the probability degree of development through the concrete research to realizes the individual positive development and promotes individual own characteristic to be able the request proposed by the context. The urban-rural fringe is the third-order community which is situated between the city and countryside. It has the life style both like city and countryside, but has been different in the characteristic of the both two. The complex context factors of urban-rural fringe bring the challenge to the local adolescents'mental health. The research of mental health in our nation was mainly about the young people in disadvantageous situation, such as children remaining in villages, post-disaster children and so on. The research of urban-rural adolescence'mental health was quite rare, and the corresponding intervention was less. At present, the mental health educational works of elementary and middle schools have already drawn national and society's attention. The urban-rural school's mental health educational work as a result of the local particular context has some characteristics different from urban and countryside. Proposing intervention that suits oneself situation is an important question that the urban-rural school faces. This research takes an urban-rural junior middle school in Jinan for example, investigating adolescents'main mental health problems and implementing the intervention which was formulated with the perspective of positive psychology. The interventions composited with individual level (mental health education courses), school level and family level have obtained a certain effect. The main conclusions of this research are as follows:1. The main mental health problems of urban-rural students in Jinan include learning anxiety, remorse tendency, anxiety physical symptoms, depression and bullying. At the same time, the allergic tendencies should be concerned. Urban-rural students get a low score on interaction anxiousness, lonely tendency, terrorist tendency and impulse tendency. 2. The characteristics of mental health problems in this school are different from other regional schools, the main performance are: (1) there are no obvious difference between boys and girls in the depression level; (2) and no significant difference in genders in bully aspects, but the girls are more than boys in victim aspects; (3) all the main problems of the students in this school have no grade differences.3. A multi-level intervention with positive psychology was formulated from the actual condition of the school. After three months, we achieved a limited effect: bullying has been effectively restrained, but there was no significant effect in the internalizing problem. This research puts forward a view on the basis of summarizing experience that middle school students' mental health education teaching mode should add the phase of"apprehension and expanding".
