Over the years, owing to the effect of entrance examinations for Junior and Senior school students, families, schools and communities often neglect or pay less attention to mental health education for secondary school students to lay one-sided unbalanced stress on high scores, leading to many high school students having a series of psychological problems. A variety of conflicting emotions often occur during the adolescent stage of Junior school students, such as joy and trouble ,cheerfulness and politeness, society and solitariness and boldness and cowardice. These conflicting tendencies, which exist in Junior Two, are therefore called the Junior Two Phenomenon, which is prominent, especially in unban and rural fringe areas. Therefore, to strengthen mental health education of high school students living in fringe areas is a task before us educators.Benefiting from domestic and foreign scholars on the basic theory of adolescent mental health, I make the best of the current international standard Scl-90 Symptom Checklist and the current health education in my investigation. On this basis, associated with the general psychological problems, psychological disorders and behavior, the thesis analyses the major performances of the psychological problems and explore the causes of psychological problems with"Junior Two Phenomenon"based on school education, family influence, social environment and students'own factors.Summarizing practical experience and benefiting from relevant fruits of the reheard concerned, the thesis puts forward a series of specific countermeasures on how to educate mental health of the"Junior Two Phenomenon"students to prevent and correct these problems that exist. The main purpose is to build a systematic educational content, follow the scientific principles of education, implement effective educational strategies, develop multi- dimensional methods of education and create a better educational environment. The project is meant to arrest the attention of teachers and parents in fringe areas, keeping them closely concerned about their children. Communicating regularly with their children is helpful to know what their children think and parents should also give them timely guidance, letting them know what the fact is and improve their power of discrimination and avoid these undesirable tendencies as soon as possible. Focusing on the students'psychological development to form a consistent educational view by combining families, schools and communities is our goal. Researching and being concerned about the psychological development of Junior School students, stressing and insisting on their psychological education and instructions are the guarantee of effective education.
