In this thesis, the Chinese exclamatory is mainly discussed and studied to some extent on the basis of cognition. And this thesis consists five parts including the introduction, the end and the main part.In the introduction, the past and the modern researches of Chinese exclamatory is generally introduced and the past research is briefly commented. In this part, the research basis is defined; as well, the ground researching method and the innovative points have been shown. Meanwhile the corpus of the thesis can also be illustrated here. In the first part one of this thesis, it is introduced the start, the content, the relative theory and the influence of prototype theory. Combining the prototype theory, the modern Chinese exclamatory is analyzed typically. In this thesis, it is found that the modern Chinese exclamatory is in the scope of prototype theory and its relative parts can be divided like this.In the second part, the modern Chinese exclamatory is discussed and studied further. In the first part of this chapter, the criteria for the classification and the typical division type of modern Chinese exclamatory is discussed. On the standard of mono lyric and the information, the modern Chinese is divided into typical member of Chinese exclamatory, the none Chinese exclamatory and the relative Chinese exclamatory, meanwhile, the conclusion of the above three parts is analyzed and generalized.In the third part, the symbol formation of modern Chinese exclamatory is detailed. Among them the main symbol formation can be illustrated as follows adverb symbol, interjection symbol, modal symbol, pronounce symbol and intonation symbol.
