Existential sentences in Chinese is a rather distinctive sentence structurc, the head of the sentence is location phrase, to indicate something or somebody in somewhere. Generally used for descriptive context, to generalize the way and relationship of existence about the things. This article refers to the range of existential sentences mainly is "You" sentence, "Shi" sentence, "Zai" sentence and "V-zhe" sentence showing static exist, of the four kinds of the sentences to indicate something or somebody in somewhere. With the increase in the number of Chinese learners, how to make them better to acquisition the more specific sentences in Chinese is a problem that becoming increasingly apparent. According to the results'study of the previous about the existence of second language acquisition and error analysis, we can conclude that the Chinese learners could acquisition "You" sentence, "Shi" sentence, "Zai" sentence better, however, in expression of a section, they are not accurate enough to grasp the different existential sentences in characteristics of sentence structure and semantic conditions, which will lead to semantics'cohesion in the discourse representation not natural, not coherent, not smooth. At the mean time they generally adopt evasive strategy in the face of "V-zhe" sentence showing existential way. I also have such an experience in teaching practice. Therefore, it is necessary to study in three aspects that is, individual factors from the learners, the language point of itself, analysis of aspects of teaching material and methods. To explore how the teachers to take advantage of teaching materials and grammar outline, how to adopted teaching methods to explain, then be good for learners to enhance study effects.The implementation of research experiments is classroom teaching, observing the first year for China Foreign Affairs College undergraduate foreign students, who are junior B level, equivalent to the provisions of the initial stage of the syllabus in primary level two. They come from Asia, Europe and the Americas, belong to a typical international mixed-class. Broadly steps to experiment:teaching before the experiment, teaching process and teaching after experiment. Through literature study before the experiment we try to find existential ontology research results, in order to provide a theoretical basis for existential sentences teaching, then we could scientific analyze and explain the errors made by learners. Meanwhile, the experiment adopted the valuable suggestions put forward by previous in the literature which related to the acquisition and the errors in existential sentences. Through investigation, experiment, test, according to the level diagnostic before teaching, acquisition observation in teaching and assessment of the experimental procedures after teaching, the survey carried out in-depth and detailed analysis.
