As was the shackles of feudal ethics of women, position of the individual spiritual pursuit is the power to promote the establishment of feudal patriarchy which they want to break out .As to Shi Pingmei, constituting the primary factor first in this position is established by the unfortunate fate of the mother's sympathy and discontent arising thinking for their own destiny and choice, and around the experiences of female relatives of her also make the awareness of this rebellion growing. Second, her father's support also gives her an opportunity to development herself , the era of ever-changing situation, especially the rise of the New Culture Movement era all provided opportunities for Shi Pingmei to breakout , and begin to create her pursuit of an ideal life. But after the breakthrough the ideal and the reality and the spirit of traditional and modern dilemma began to puzzle her . Feudal forces of the old traditions are still strong, and it will not stop to repress the new women. Moreover, the ideological background of its own traditional cultural factors is also restricting the pursuit of her life. The plight of all these spiritual is the basis to understand the choices in her life for us.The second part is to discuss the love for the ideal of Shi Pingmei and particular the emotional entanglements with Gao Junyu, and reveal the nature of disputes behind the pursuit of love. After the failure of love, "specificity eternal" love makes Shi Pingmei establish the concept of solitary will, the establishment of this quality shows her great ideological background of cultural factors in the traditional role, to some extent, not only the environment makes her the solitary will, but also herself.
