Children's morality is how to generate and develop? As a special group, their moral and ethical education is a very complex and thought-provoking issues. Children growing up must have a generating moral behavior and development process, a process of thorough study and interpretation of children's moral development is a further important theoretical premise. In this paper, Piaget's theory of moral development of children, based on the production of morality reception and development issues were discussed.Piaget's theory of children's cognitive development is unique in many theories of moral development of children, and has a tremendous impact on the field of children's moral awareness study, creating a precedent for children's cognitive development. The core of Piaget's children moral development theory is his proposed stages of children moral development, such as the awareness campaign stage, the first operational stage, concrete operational stage and formal operational stage. Between the role of individual and the social environment, children's understanding of moral is determined, and children moral development is a gradually changing process from moral discipline to self-discipline. The research on Piaget's moral education theory and practice model not only make the characteristics of children's moral development understood, but also have some reference significance on moral education and training of young people.Now, China is in the social transition, how to guide young people to develop a correct world outlook, life outlook and values outlook and develop good moral character in their young age has received a growing number of professional and expert attention. In the face of many problems in children education, we should be open and inclusive attitude reference some Chinese and foreign scholars, influential theory of moral education, the social practice in our country to enrich and develop the moral education of our children. And Piaget's theory of moral development of children is a milestone in moral education, his view of the essence of moral education is to train children to respect and moral cognition, and his children moral education theory is the starting and destination point of his education theory. This powerful theoretical support for our deeply understanding of children's moral understanding of the development process is very enlightening.
