As a result of world developing, Beijing is becoming an international metropolis that attracting people from all over the world. The huge number of the Korean had immigrated to Beijing and made up of an influential "Korean town". The Korean and the Chinese live together in Wang Jing community.They share the same place and become neighbors. Therefore, the interpersonal exchanges between the Korean and the Chinese deserves the focus of this article.This paper aims to investigate the daily interpersonal relationship between the Korean who immigrated to Wang Jing in Beijing and local natives, It is taking the people living in "Korean town" as example.From the perspective of communication theory, our research analyze the cross-cultural interpersonal characteristics and influencing factors about the Korean living in Wang Jing via the method of the field investigation, comparative research and literature research. Research suggests that there are three characteristics when the Korean contracting with the local people, which are inert, dependency and avoidance characteristics.According to the communication features, the author propose an original thesis——"cross-cultural communication among diffusion type pattern". More specifically, among the Koreans and the locals natives in Wang Jing, there is a Korean minorities'group functioning as the "communicational agent". As the main part of "cross-cultural communication among diffusion type pattern", Korean minorities are not only satisfying the Koreans' demand in cross-cultural communication but also make a help for the native to realize the Koreans needs accurately. And so the cross-cultural interpersonal activity develops smoothly. As the "communication agents" of the Korean minorities, who are fluent in Chinese and Korean, for China and South Korea have more or less cultural awareness and understanding, and they take on South Korean intermediary contacts with local people, in both play an important role.
