Verification And Expatiation Of Qin And Han Dynasty Wu And Yue Stories' Evolution

Wu and Yue nations stories are important section of dispute in Spring and Autumn Period,Wu's king helv and Yue's king goujian are famous as two of five powers in chunqiu dynasty. Some stories in Wu and Yue stories , such as zhuanzhu assassinated king liao of Wu, goujian became a slave of Wu nation, whiped Wuzixu'corpse, changed to fiction and opera's material which was performed and enriched continuously because of its legendary content. The first record of Wu and Yue stories was found in Zuozhuan , then the stories were found in Guoyu Shiji history record, Mengzi,Hanfeizi,Shuoyuan and Xinxu also had a touch of it, in donghan dynasty there was even Yuejueshu and Wuyuechunqiu whose main content are Wu and Yue history, the record of Wu and Yue stories was different in those books, in the beginning it was simple recordation of history, then it evolved to legendary stories. Recordation about Wu and Yue stories during Qin dynasty and Han dynasties was studied in this paper, comparing difference of records, analyzing the evolution of Wu and Yue stories, discussing the reason of Wu and Yue stories'evolvement and history literature process which represented during this evolvement were studied in this paper through carefully reading.This paper was divided into three chapters. Two evolution modes of Wu and Yue stories were discussed in the first chapter. through analyzing of Wu and Yue stories'material, two evolution modes of Wu and Yue stories was discovered ; first on the base of stories stabilization, detail of the stories was reworked, important detail was enriched and lesser detail was disappeared. Second there was character mistake and contradiction of front record and latter record, such as a matter which done by A in Zuozhuan, then it was done by B in Shiji. Reasons of Wu and Yue stories evolution were discussed in second chapter, according to writer there are two reasons of this evolution: first ,change of writer's attitude. Attitude of writer make obvious difference during material choosing and writing. This is the main reason which influent the evolution of Wu and Yue stories. Second, influence of different elements, for exemple the influence of dynasty and section of the writer. Writers in different dynasty and section paid attention to different aspects. On the base of first two chapters , the trend of history became literature which represented during Wu and Yue stories evolution was discussed, this was a change from history records to literature records. This process was represented in two points. First the material was trimed intentionally by the authors who had more self-awareness during writing; second it was famous of history's readability then,they paid more attention to describe the image of characters, this made the character image more and more vivid.
