As a part of human being's culture, music contains rich contents. The development history of Vocality subject is related to history and humanities. The new courses after reform bring a series of challenges to the training and education for music teachers. Music teachers must own deep-rooted music culture accomplishments. As an important part of music professional courses in high normal schools, vocality courses should burden the task of cultural penetration. This subject research will expound details.There are four parts of this dissertation. The dissertation expounds the research background in the introduction. Chapter One points out cultural penetration to vocality education in high normal schools and research its feasibility and theoretical principle. Author analyzes the current situation and points out the theoretical principle, significance and value. Chapter Two is her research about cultural penetration to vocality education in high normal schools, points out implementing methods, analyzes teacher's teaching ability and points out individual opinions. Chapter Three gives implementation advice, discusses three principles about cultural penetration to vocality education in high normal schools, how to reform and teach, make students own sustainable developing capability in music culture.
