Literary history is the sum of literary works and literary activities in every age Selecting literature in a particular year from the whole of literary history and studying it is very important to the whole history of literature. But so far, This kind of article is rare. Therefore, this article selects Mongolian literature in 1999 as the research topics.This article is formed by the preface, main body and conclusions.In the preface, the basis and significance of the topic and overview of previous studies are all introduced.The'first chapter clarifys the general overview of Mongolian literature in 1999.This article expounds the creation conditions of Mongolian literature,writers attempt and reform and innovation in literature from the view of external environment of Mongolian literature in 1999.The second chapter makes the phenomenon perspective to Mongolian literature in 1999.
