Russian Middle Mongolian Literature Research

Mongolia is an ancient nation of the northern China,with a long history and splendid culture.Mongolian nation has made special contributions to the development of China's history and had a profound impact on the culture of human history.Many countries in the world pay special attention to the study about Mongolian,which gradually formed an international discipline?Mongolian Studies.From the end of 19th century,Western scholars have begun to study the ancient Mongolian literature systematically.At first,the scholars from Russia,Germany and France aroused great interest on the medieval Mongolian literature research.They wrote works,built research institutions and carried out various academic activities which had over a hundred years of history.Among them,Russia is one of the earliest countries to study the ancient Mongolian literature.Mongolian literature research in Russia has a long history,the quantity and quality of its research institutions,research team and the research findings showed their outstanding achievements in this field.This paper starts from the development of medieval Mongolian literature research in Russia,clarifies its inheritance and development,analyzes its staging and classification and summarizes its achievements and characteristics.This paper consists of four parts:introduction,chapter one,chapter two,conclusion and so on.The introduction describes the research object,research purpose and significance,research status,research methods.Chapter one summarizes the development process and characteristics of medieval Mongolian literature research in Russia.Chapter two describes the research outline of medieval Mongolian literature research in Russia,and summarizes its achievements and characteristic,concludes the research institutions and representatives,states the importance of this study in the cultural exchange between China and Russia.Conclusion summarizes the whole paper.
