A Study Of The Words And Expressions On Taoism Inscriptions Before Song Dynasty

Taoism is China native religion. It is in the initial produced in Chinese feudal society, and accompanied by long feudal society and development. Taoism in birth period began monuments dedicated for themselves in the long evolution process, Taoism inscriptions spread over history, become the indispensable historical study of Taoism. In recent years, many scholars analyses of Taoism collection and collation, we found that the Taoist inscriptions is a substantial one, but from the current research situation, scholars have mostly from history, literature, art angle to study of Taoism, and collation of vocabulary, former dummies have studied the difficult terms, but overall still is rare. So this article attempts to explain the Taoist features words.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter for the introduction, this paper briefly introduces the concept of the Taoist inscriptions, historical study, research status, the significance and the problems of the research. The second chapter to the fourth chapter is the main part of the article which is the study of the words, including the Taoist immortals legends of words, the art of such words and fast method of Dan of the branch instrument words. At last, we analyse the relationship between Taoism and Buddhism, hoping to notice the influence of Buddhism when research the Taoist inscriptions.
