Concerning The Evaluation Of Human Values

Marxist philosophy has always been concerned about human survival and development, the problem of human survival and development is first and foremost a value question. The problem of human values in the whole Marxist theory of value has an important position. China is in the current period of rapid transition, a variety of conflicting values, growing gap between rich and poor, the loss of social morality, distorted view of life and values, individualism,hedonism and money worship flood, all of these make people feel confusion and emptiness, faced with the lack of meaning in life, confused the meaning of life, therefore, it has a very important theoretical and practical significance to strengthen human values problem, to evaluate human values correctly and reasonably, so as to make people have a rational values choice and correct outlook on life and values, to promote the true realization of human values.The evaluation of human values is a dynamic process of development, it continuous change as the economic, political, and cultural condition change, it will affect the human values choice s and judgments to make any wrong evaluate, so as to affect people's enthusiasm to create values. The evaluation of values is a very complex concept of activity, due to various factors; the evaluation of human values is even more complicated. On the basis of absorbing and borrowing ideas from domestic and international relevant research results, this dissertation combs and research on all sides the problems of human values and the evaluation of human values. For the purpose of exploring how to evaluate human's values, evaluation criteria of human values and have to handle the relationship between several major aspects. This dissertation's main ideas are as follows:The first section:this section, combing the theory of human values based on the history of ideas, discussed the theory of human values from the meaning and content of the human values. The second section:this section, starting from value evaluation and evaluation criteria of value, discussed the evaluation form and characteristics of human values, talked about the evaluation criteria and principles of human values. And this section emphasized on how to evaluate human values, whether such evaluation criteria of human values is reasonable or not under socialism condition. The third section:this section is the supplementary and further instructions of second section, in emphasizing the free and comprehensive development of human as the major scale on the evaluation of human values, we also have to handle several other important aspects of the relationship dialectically:the relationship between material and spiritual contribution, the relationship between Self-worth, personal value and social value, the relationship between personal development and social progress, the relationship between real value and potential value.
