A Study On The Development Of Iran-Soviet Diplomatic Relations 1917-1947

At the background of new international pattern of the First World War, at the beginning of the Russian Soviet established, they are at the situation of trouble of domestic and foreign. So Soviet adopted peaceful and friendly strategy to Iran. However, Reza Khan's came into power, he insisted "The Third Power Diplomacy", and introduced America and German force to reach balance. However, the Soviet's retreat in Iran resulted Iran lean to one-sided of U.S. This 30 years diplomatic relations is no winner's game between The Soviet Union and Iran.
