Loneliness And Intervention Study With Elderly In Huhhot Nursing Home

With the coming of aging society, the old people gradually entered the attention vision. Due to the elderly in physiology, psychological and social life with other aspects show the different characteristics of the ages, resulting in elderly people may have more experience of loneliness, but through in the access to the existing literature, found that the conclusion in this respect is not uniform. Therefore, in order to further to its verified and more clear and comprehensive grasp the reality of elderly loneliness, this study chose the elderly as the research object, and with loneliness as a starting point, elderly nursing home of Hohhot loneliness status has carried on the questionnaire survey. In the process of investigation, mainly adopts UCLA loneliness scale (third edition) and Emotional versus Social loneliness scale. And, on this basis, have higher from the extraction of loneliness experience the intervention study elderly. Some conclusions:1. The home of the overall loneliness experience more elderly severe, and in the emotional loneliness and social loneliness aspects serious experience too.2. The elderly in nursing loneliness status of part variables demography show significant difference. And, having children number, health and chronic physical diseases are the important factors affect older people loneliness, and marital status, by education degree and the economy for the old sources will produce certain effect of loneliness, but did not show significant difference.3. The group guidance for alleviating elderly loneliness has some effect.The same study other age group, compared with old people as the research object, although to a certain extent the difficulty of increased research, but it is helpful for loneliness this a subjective experience more accurate understanding and master, and able to further enrich the old psychological research achievements. Meanwhile, through to the elderly in nursing intervention with high loneliness, so as to explore the elderly loneliness problem solving countermeasures to targeted to let old people live a happy and healthy life.
