Cui Mingji was an important official of state during the Mid Li Dynasty of Korea, serving in the period when XuanZu Dynasty, GuangHaijun and RenZu Dynasty, he was promoted to the lead of government. At the transitional period of Ming and Qing dynasties, Korea was invaded by HuangTaiJi twice and the nation was in peril. Being based on the national conditions and reality, Cui Mingji advocated the peace at the risk of defamation, and ultimately reserved the country, which was an important reason that the Korean survived.This paper is based on the historical data of china and Korean and takes the "Korean Collection Series","Record of the Korean Li Dynasty","QingShi Gao" and "Qing record" as the main reference to make a research about Cui Mingji and his "ChiChuan corpus". This paper is divided into five parts: First, Cui Mingji and his "ChiChuan corpus", focusing on the research of his life and the origin and content of the corpus's edition. According to his collected works, his life, and other relevant documents, this part systemly studied his descent, life, achievements, ideas. Second, Cui Mingji advocated the peace in the "DingMao ravages of war". Third, Cui Mingji advocated the peace in the "BingZi ravages of war". Huang Taiji Invaded Korea twice and eventually established the suzerain-vassal relationship with Korea. At the above two parts, according to the historical data of china and Korean and combine with Cui Mingji's works, mainly analysised the reason of his advocation of the peace and studied the thoughts of governing and saving the country with law in order to affirm Cui Mingji's attribution in politic. Fourth, Cui Mingji was imprisoned in Shenyang. Based on the poems which Cui Mingji wrote in Shenyang, this part mainly studied Cui MingJi's indomitable will and patriotism from the point of history and literature. Fifth, it is the conclusion of this paper. Combined with historical facts and the contemporaries'comments, Cui Mingji was actually a patriotic loyal of the nation, but without enjoying the Temple of RenZu after his death. The reason for it here only reveals a few and remains to be further studied.
