SuDaaNaMu. B is one of the prominent mordern Mongolian theorist and critics. The paper is mainly investigate and analysis SuDaaNaMu's classical theory of literature. It includes the research object of literary art, function of literature, genre of literary works, the conditions to be trained to writing, the requirement of literary words, plots of literary works, structure of literary works, impact of aesthetic appreciation, Marxist literature critics and some of the tips to translation. Consequently, the researcher confirms SuDaaNaMu's contribution to the Mongolian literature.The papar has three chapters.
